Aston Martin DB4/DB5/DB6 6 Cyclinder Oil Cooler New

This photo includes custom radiator, intercooler and header tank made from aluminium. There is also a circular heater made from copper and brass (typically used some Rolls Royce heaters and Land Rover heaters) and an Aston Martin DB7 oil cooler. The Suzuki bandit 600 motorbike oil cooler that has been modified so it is less likely to crack at the fitting ( a typical fault with these).

Large generator radiator

The cores are normally in two halves for radiators this size, the cores are then bolted together.

A Massive 5 foot coach radiator

This has been spray painted, we recored this with a core with reinforced tubes. The previous radiator kept getting damaged from the debris pulled in by the powerful fan.

Repair large fuel tank

This had a large amount of dirt inside, we cut holes between the baffles , steam cleaned and shot blasted the fuel tank. It was then patched up and tested. Most diesel tanks and petrol tanks can be repaired.

This is a large coach radiator being steam cleaned before drying and painting.

Caterham / Lotus Kit Car Radiator

A batch of caterham / lotus radiators before assembly. These are typically used in kit cars.

We have a wide range of filler caps available including high pressure 1.3 bar ( 19 psi) to small motorbike filler caps.

Air Plane Tug Radiator

We replaced the oil cooler in the bottom tank. Heavy duty core has been put in this, upgraded cores are also available.

A Fifties Cadillac Radiator

This image shows the bucket top tank, the outstanding feature of many fifties and sixties radiators. This has been finished in our premium gloss but a standard matt is also available.
